For 22 years, Amber Middlebrooks worked in various areas of the floral and plant industry. Always working for someone else, she finally decided to become her own boss after welcoming her daughter in 2014. The following year, her sister-in-law asked if she would design florals for her wedding. From there on, Green Pumpkin Floral flourished into the full-service, creative designer you know and love.

When you’re off the clock, where can you be found?

I am gardening at my house or playing disc golf at Kit Carson or Morley Field.

Favorite house plant?

I’m a huge tillandsia collector. My most fav house plants are lyratas and monsteras - so easy to care for and simple to propagate.

Dream travel destination?

I love traveling to different disc golf courses around the US - Colorado and Tennessee are my favs!
